El Fondo Boricua donors have the option to designate the funds to a 501c3 non-profit vetted organization doing hurricane relief efforts for Puerto Rico at the time donation is made.
Tribute your donation towards medical relief, water, shelter, food, children, elderly, transportation, cultural preservation, housing, etc.

Visit Rico's goal is to bring back hope to our farmers, especially the ones that work sustainably through farmer's markets on the island.
Immediately following Hurricane Maria, Visit Rico has been working non-stop through relief efforts and fundraising which has supported over 20 farms in the areas of Adjuntas, Castañer, Maricao, San Germán, Yauco, Ciales, Lares, Aibonito, Cataño, Vieues, and Camuy.
Puerto Rico has been devastated by Hurricane Maria and its medical system and hospitals need supplies very urgently. Dr Miguel Fiol of University of Minnesota was there during the hurricane and volunteered at shelters and knows of the great need for PTSD mental health assistance along with insulin, antibiotics, dialysis equipment, asthma meds and other general medical supplies. The Medical School will work with clinical partners in Puerto Rico to provide medications, medical supplies, and other health assistance as needed.
